1. Our Return Promise

At AAAP Marine & Outdoors Inc., we stand behind every product we sell. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy to ensure your complete satisfaction.

2. Return Window

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

  • Standard products: 30 days from delivery date
  • Electronic devices: 30 days from delivery date
  • Marine equipment: 30 days from delivery date
  • Custom or special order items: Contact customer service

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Items must be in original packaging with all accessories
  • Include original receipt or proof of purchase
  • Return authorization number (RMA) required
  • Items must not show signs of wear, damage, or modification

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Items damaged by misuse, accident, or normal wear
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items purchased on final sale or clearance
  • Consumable items (batteries, chemicals, etc.)
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

5. How to Return an Item

Step 1: Contact Customer Service

Before returning any item, please contact our customer service team at +1 (201) 268-36-50 or through our contact page to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

Step 2: Package Your Return

  • Pack items securely in original packaging
  • Include all accessories and documentation
  • Include copy of receipt or order confirmation
  • Write RMA number clearly on the outside of the package

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Ship your return to the address provided by customer service. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.

6. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return:

  • Our Error: We pay return shipping costs
  • Defective Item: We pay return shipping costs
  • Change of Mind: Customer pays return shipping costs
  • Wrong Item Ordered: Customer pays return shipping costs

7. Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Inspection: 1-2 business days after receipt
  • Refund approval notification: Within 24 hours of inspection
  • Refund processing: 3-5 business days to original payment method
  • Credit card refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear

8. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact customer service at +1 (201) 268-36-50. For different products, we recommend processing a return and placing a new order.

9. Restocking Fees

Restocking fees may apply in the following situations:

  • Large marine equipment: 15% restocking fee
  • Special order items: 20% restocking fee
  • Opened electronics (in original condition): 10% restocking fee
  • Items missing accessories or packaging: Up to 25% fee

10. Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately at +1 (201) 268-36-50. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Defective items are covered by manufacturer warranties when applicable.

11. International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped. Returns must comply with customs regulations, and customers are responsible for any customs fees or duties.
